First, I apologize for contacting you through your personal blog. I feel a little awkward, but this was the only way I found to reach you (please let me know if there’s an email address you would prefer me to use).
My name is Mayra Ocampo, and I’m a graduate student at WSU. Lou Heldman, my professor, mentioned your name to me for a paper I’m doing on non-profits and their use of social media. I am focusing on two organizations, the Red Cross and Heartspring, because from what I’ve seen they both are very engaged with digital media.
I would love to set up an interview to discuss your efforts in digital media for Heartspring. Because we don’t have much time to do the paper, I wondered if I could email you some questions that I have that you could respond to at a time that is more convenient for you.
